The Digital Product Management team is part of the Experience Product Management Group at Esurance, which is a critical group within the Customer Experience Department. The Digital Product Management team is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of Esurance experience products.
As a Digital Product Manager II at Esurance you will own the product definition, vision, strategy, and execution for one or more of Esurance’s experience products. You will define, deliver, and manage the product lifecycle in alignment with the Customer Experience strategy, while delivering customer and company KPIs. As the Digital Product Manager you will also manages the strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product(s).
