  • Oversees insurance product life cycle across multi-state market by performing assessments.
  • Recommends responses to regulatory changes, developing competitive products through competitor and industry benchmarking.
  • Serves as product expert in supporting business development and marketing initiatives
  • Reports on state and book of business trends to remain abreast of emerging market opportunities.



  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management, and Word).
  • Able to review vast amounts of data and draw conclusions.
  • Able to design and deliver technical training programs to support staff.

Experience / Education:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent education required.
