    The Sr Incentive Analyst is responsible for quality and development of agent incentive plans. Models and delivers recommendations that align performance payouts with company objectives. The Sr. Incentive Analyst will partner with Sales and Service Management to understand the organization’s needs while consistently looking for and communicating opportunities to improve effectiveness. Sr. Incentive Analyst is also responsible for calculating and auditing monthly incentive earnings.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to solve a wide range of business problems related to meeting company objectives and creating a plan that drives the correct behaviors
    • Responsible for accurately documenting, archiving, and ensuring compliance with notification requirements for incentive and target changes
    • Responsible for communicating technical business and data requirements to Reporting teams for development
    • Build out robust quality measures to ensure accuracy in monthly earnings
    • Calculate and post accruals, monthly earnings, and wage statements for employees

    Qualifications

    • Sound judgment in decision-making
    • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated strong work ethic and flexibility to work under tight deadlines.
    • Capable of working under pressure of deadline and be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple competing tasks.
    • Proven Excel skills and hands-on working experience with various financial and forecasting systems.
    • Able to visually communicate results of complex analyses to non-technical audiences

    Experience / Education: 

    • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent education required
    • 4 or more years of experience reporting and analyzing business and financial data as well as experience working with Business Intelligence preferred
    • Experience in call center environment preferred Representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
