    The Senior Content Project Manager drives day-to-day operations of cross-functional programs across the Marketing department and the entire organization to ensure one consistent strategy, enabling Esurance to provide an engaging and consistent user experience across all key programs. In addition, s/he will project manage creative requests for all types of media including web material, online/offline marketing, email, and corporate collateral from start to finish.


    Job Responsibilities:


    • Drives cross-functional programs like Retention, Cross-Selling, and Bundling to ensure one consistent strategy. This includes working with multiple departments across the company to establish and maintain working relationships as well as establishing, maintaining, and monitoring various deadlines and responsibilities to keep aggressive goals moving towards completion
    • Project manages Creative Request process, which includes day to day planning, coordination, approval, and delivery of company creative built by the Internal Creative Services team, juggling numerous deliverables and deadlines at any one time, and ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date throughout the process
    • Manages Landing Page inventory across all of Marketing. Includes maintaining inventory log and working with Integrated Marketing Communications team to ensure all existing and new creative maintains brand consistency while delivering on KPIs
    • Works closely with the Manager of Content Production and Corporate Counsel to establish and maintain corporate trademark and domain strategy
    • Maintains and manages production process with Marketing Agencies for TV, Radio, OOH, Digital, Social executions
    • Administrator for Wrike project management tool
    • Administrator for company-wide usage of Slack collaboration tool
    • Manages the company SFTP account
    • Fosters strong working relationships with all departments across the organization to ensure constant and consistent communication
    • Constantly analyzes and improve upon any and all production processes


    • 6+ years managing cross-functional teams under tight deadlines required
    • Robust project management skillset, including:

      • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
      • Able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
      • Strong conflict resolution skills
      • Inherent understanding of when to be flexible and when to push an issue
      • Desire to constantly improve on existing norms/processes
      • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers
      • Quick thinker, able to grasp broad technical issues
      • Strong ability to prioritize and work independently
      • Solid written and verbal communications skills
      • Enjoys being a team player in a close, highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment
      • Experience using a project management system (Wrike or similar)
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
    • PMP certification preferred.  

    Experience / Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Business Marketing, Communications, a related, and/or equivalent education/experience.

    • At least 6 years of experience in cross-functional/marketing project management. Representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
