    So what exactly is a Customer Care Associate?  Glad you asked! Auto & home insurance policies are not the easiest to wrap your head around.  Wouldn't it be nice to have somebody there for you to help you understand your insurance policy and take care of any changes or questions you have in one call where YOU are the priority?  This is where your new career starts!  You'll resolve questions and concerns while building relationships with our customers from start to finish, helping them to interpret their policy and make effective and accurate adjustments to their policies. 


    Don't know anything about insurance?  That's okay! You don’t have to have insurance experience because we’re not a typical insurance company. We'll provide fun, thorough, paid training that will teach you everything you need to know so you feel confident taking on customer service with your team by your side. Bring your passion for people, technology, and problem-solving to the table and leave the rest to us!


    This is a great opportunity to work on-site with fun, cool people Sunday – Thursday OR Tuesday – Saturday with a set swing shift ending between 9 PM – 11 PM. The best part? You can start with us as soon as November 12th with a starting compensation of $15/hour + shift differentials and benefits on your first day!

    • All applicants must currently reside within reasonable driving distance of Ogden, UT
    • Start Date: November 12, 2018
    • Job Type: Full Time, 5 days/week, 40 hours/week
    • Training Schedule: 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday, first 9 weeks in our Ogden office
    • Pay: $15/hr + shift differentials + full benefits
    • Shifts available after training:
      • 12:30 PM - 9 PM, Sunday - Thursday, work in-office
      • 12:30 PM - 9 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, work in-office
      • 2:30 PM - 11 PM Sunday - Thursday, work from home
      • 2:30 PM - 11 PM Tuesday - Saturday, work from home


    Holiday Time During training:

    • November 22-23 OFF 
    • December 24-25 OFF 
    • January 1 OFF 


    • Interacts extensively with customers. Responds to customer inquiries, gathers information, keys data, resolves problems and provides answers to customers.
    • Provides superior phone service to customers.
    • Treats all customers and coworkers courteously and professionally; handles irate customers in a professional manner.
    • Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all product information.
    • Calls customers to provide advice on follow up research items.
    • Initiates workflow (Webforms) documents with other departments accurately.
    • Obtains customer feedback information and forwards information to suggestion tracking.
    • Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
    • Conducts research to determine best resolution to customer issues in balance with business needs.
    • Promotes the company by providing top-notch service and inviting referrals.
    • Meets or exceeds Customer Service Rep 1 standards for customer service quality and productivity.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Able to listen attentively and provide excellent customer service skills with difficult callers.
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to write clearly and the ability to read aloud accurately with proper grammar, good enunciation, and smooth flow.
    • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
    • Able to operate a phone, computer system, copier, and other office equipment.
    • Able to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
    • Able to type 35 or more wpm (words per minute).


    Experience / Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
    • 1 or more years of experience in a customer service or call center environment required.
