    • Leading the analytical efforts of the company in the development of professional, data-driven recommendations in reserve levels  
    • Supervises and/or performs monthly reserving analysis including QA of the raw data, manipulation and analysis of the data using multiple reserving techniques, and preparing exhibits with the final selections for presentation
    • Presents and details reserving analysis to senior management
    • Performs ad hoc ancillary loss ratio analyses that departments such as actuarial, marketing, claims, or product management may require
    • Continues professional development with advancement toward ultimate goal of FCAS
    • Coaches and supervises assigned staff, consisting of actuarial analysts, in the performance of the above responsibilities


    • Must have ability to generate quality work product under tight deadlines
    • Must be able to train and develop actuarial analysts
    • Strong quantitative, analytic, and communication skills
    • Strong Excel skills required
    • ResQ, SQL and Access skills desired
    • 1+ years of supervisory/management experience desired


    Experience / Education:

    • Bachelors degree or higher in mathematics, actuarial science, or related field
    • 6+ years of actuarial experience required
    • 4+ years of experience in reserving desired
    • ACAS required. FCAS desired
