    Responsibilities

    Designs and develops cubes, data marts, flat reports and adhoc reporting. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data in the deliverables. Establishes and maintains data security and integrity controls.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Business Users and IT team to understand and document data requirements.
    • Establish and maintain data models, data marts and cubes and adhoc reporting features.
    • Ensure data elements, including cubes, are designed for flexible, topical, and timely end-user or corporate reporting.
    • Collaborate with Database Administrators to ensure infrastructure is suitably optimized and configured to support the reporting environment.
    • Design and generate tracking and monitoring tools to validate data sent to partners.
    • Ensure meta-data is properly updated and maintained.
    • Analyze and optimize reports and output for optimization opportunities.
    • Install and deploy Business Intelligence tools for reporting including cubes, dashboards.

     

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative team oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
    • Detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and written with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Able to interface with all functions and at all levels within the organization.

    Experience / Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent education required.
    • Two or more years’ experience in data warehousing and enterprise reporting including experience with MS Transact- SQL language, SQL 2005, SSAS cubes development and OLAP experience using Microsoft Analysis Services 2005.
    • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) desired.
