    Responsibilities

    As the HRIS Analyst you will evaluate, analyze, design, and maintain the company's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) system. Additionally, you are responsible for day-to-day administration of the Human Resource Information System and ensuring data integrity, processing, and reporting of HR Data.

    • Provide routine daily/monthly reporting (turnover/headcount), date entry, as well as respond to simple to complex ad hoc data requests
    • Perform extensive data analysis on headcount, compensation, benefits and staffing data
    • Provide Performance to Plan Reporting of HR metrics to Senior Management on a monthly basis
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data entered, data analysis, and assures that information is available on a timely basis
    • Train and support HR department and other staff on system access and utilization
    • Track, report, and resolve all issues to hosted services for issue resolution
    • Work with auditors to review data transactions and provide necessary reports for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
    • Prepare Federal, State, outside agency reports for compliance including but limited to:
      DOL quarterly reports, unemployment & benefits verification, OSHA, and EEO-1
    • Perform mass data updates, imports, exports, run data scrub, and research any reporting/data discrepancies
    • Manage Self-Service and ensure universal updates to all HR applications
    • Manage company organization chart
    • Identifies new HR needs and the software products to fulfill those needs
    • Makes alterations to existing programs to gather and report data as necessary
    • Special projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Technically proficient with Outlook, MS Office, particularly Excel. Preferred experience in Dayforce HRIS
    • Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills, as well as accuracy in data entry required
    • Attention to detail in composing and creating reports and metric data, with ability to meet multiple deadlines
    • Comprehensive knowledge in Human Resource metrics and Payroll processes


    Experience / Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, business, or a related field is required
    • 2-5 years experience working within Human Resource Information Systems, with demonstrated ability to use various report writing tools, such as Crystal Reports.
