    Responsibilities

    The Loyalty and Solutions Professional (LASP) role is a key customer relationship builder. S/he is a relentless advocate for our customers by establishing new and strengthening existing customer relationships. S/he seeks to understand customers’ needs and tailors solutions to provide them with the best protection and a painless customer experience. Customer retention, ease and satisfaction are key objectives for this role.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Delivers an exceptional customer experience by effectively assessing customers’ needs’; solving customers’ concerns efficiently to accomplish first call resolution via phone or email for all product lines.
    • Establishes and builds customer relationships by quoting and issuing new policies, resolving billing, underwriting or policy maintenance requests while promoting loyalty and driving retention.
    • Identifies and escalates areas for improvement in processes or customer facing systems that are pain points for customers.
    • Takes ownership and accountability for all policy management, maintenance and processing functions of all Esurance products; ensures customer confidence in the resolution of their issue and proactively anticipates and resolves future needs.
    • Maintains an expert knowledge base of insurance coverage and Esurance products to recommend the best protection options for potential and existing customers.
    • Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of our customer facing mobile application and website to assist customers with utilization and navigation.
    • Acknowledges customers’ concerns and provides reassurance in a personable manner by demonstrating genuine compassion and empathy for their situation.
    • Understands and follows underwriting and company guidelines to meet established standards.


    Qualifications

    • Effective and confident communicator with a professional demeanor.
    • Able to meet state standards and pass examination to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license if required by the particular team assigned.

      Experience / Education:

    • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field required
    • 1-3 years of property and casualty insurance experience preferred
    • At least 1 year of underwriting or discovery processing experience preferred
    • Property and casualty insurance license holder or be able to obtain license within 60 days of start date required. This license must be in good standing at all times.

      Representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to operate a PC and sit for extended periods of time.
