    Esurance is seeking Associate Claims Advisors to join us and make the claims process surprisingly painless for our customers.

    So what exactly is an Associate Claims Advisor?  Glad you asked! Auto and motorcycle accidents are super stressful.  Wouldn't it be nice to have somebody there for you to help you understand your insurance policy and help you until you're back on the road again?  This is where your new career starts!  You'll resolve claims while building relationships with our customers from start to finish, helping them to interpret their policy while lending a listening ear over the phone. 


    Don't know anything about insurance?  That's okay!  You don’t have to have insurance experience because we’re not a typical insurance company.  We'll provide fun, thorough, paid training that will teach you everything you need to know so you feel confident taking on claims with your team by your side.  Bring your passion for people, technology, and problem-solving to the table and leave the rest to us!

     This is a great opportunity to work on-site with fun, cool people Monday through Friday or Saturday through Wednesday with a regular 8am to 5pm schedule.  The best part?  You can start with us as soon as March 4, 2019 with a starting salary of $47,500 + bonus and benefits on your first day!

    • Resolve claims by determining who's at fault for the damages (liability) and interpreting policies and coverages
    • Refer specific claims to the appropriate levels and departments if they involve injuries
    • Contact customers, claimants, and witnesses to investigate the incident so you can determine who is at fault
    • Partner with our internal auto appraisers to manage the vehicle repairs and assist with rental cars
    • Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to come to a resolution
    • Use our claims systems process the claim, evaluate the facts of loss, and document all activities and communication related to the claim
    • Obtain licensing if required - Don't worry, we'll help you with that too!




    Claims knowledge is especially desirable

    3 or more years of customer service experience



    • Bachelor’s degree  and/or equivalent experience required
